LifeguardDepot.com® accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express for online, phone, fax and mail-in orders. We also accept cash and debit when you pick up and pay in person. Personal or company cheques may be used for mail-in and pick-up purchases. Make all cheques payable to: Lifesaving Society.
LifeguardDepot.com offers flat-rate shipping within Canada. Some exclusions apply. Taxes extra. Express delivery extra.
Most orders will ship within two business days. Some exclusion to certain products may apply.
Affiliate representatives are assigned access to affiliate accounts, which allows the representative to complete purchases on behalf of the affiliate.

Each account will have a main contact person who will be able to add or change users within an account. Once your account has been assigned a main contact person, it is this person’s responsibility to add all users and additional facilities, etc.
Retail prices are always shown online for each product.
To see a personalize price list for affiliates, log into your Lifeguard Depot account and click Request a Price List. You’ll be notified by email when your personal price list is ready. To access, you must be logged into your account. Price lists are saved in My Files as a PDF for you to reference and print. They remain there until you delete them.
Prices quoted at www.lifeguarddepot.com are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted. Prices do not include applicable fees, charges or taxes. To view your total price including shipping and taxes, add items to your cart, enter your postal code and calculate the cost.
Prices are subject to change without notice, however, on January 1, 2024, the LifeguardDepot.com began providing its affiliates with guaranteed pricing for a two-year period from January 2024 to December 2025.

All products come with a 90 day LifeguardDepot.com® warranty. All returns under this warranty are subject to inspection for normal use. The warranty is void if the inspection finds use beyond normal. LifeguardDepot.com® prides itself in providing exceptional products and services. Our staff would be happy to discuss and resolve all related problems to your complete satisfaction.
EXCEPTIONS: Due to their fragility, fiberglass paddleboards and surf skis do not carry a warranty once you have received them.
ACTAR products come with a 180 day warranty for normal use.
