Pick-up: Choose Pick-up to save money or time by stopping by the office to pick up your products. Pick-up is not available on First Aid products because they’re shipped from an off-site warehouse.

Additional fees: Additional fees are the customer’s responsibility and may be charged by the carrier upon delivery. If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your items will be returned to us and we will charge you the cost of shipping.

We will place on back order, products that were unavailable in our warehouse when we shipped your order. We’ll ship these products to you immediately upon arrival from our supplier.

To expedite your return, we encourage you to submit a copy of the invoice or packing slip along with a completed Return Form with the items returned.
Returns "without invoice/packing slip": Returns without a copy of the invoice or packing slip will be subject to the previous year’s listed price for a full refund or credit.
