    • Constructed with 0.5 inch marine grade polymer.
    • Made with durable, weather resistant plastic that is environmentally stabilized to resist harsh sun and sea conditions including ultraviolet light.
    • Board is 16 inches wide to facilitate rolling for vomiting patients. 
    • Built with durable aluminum runners for added strength and fitted with UHMW plastic skids to allow the board to slide easily.
    • Equipped with PVC plastic end-caps to protect the ends of the board. 
    • Stainless steel screws and staples are used to resist corrosion. 
    • This adult sized spineboard is suitable for most patients. Child and Bariatric sizes also available upon request. Email orders@lifeguarding.com for additional information.
    • Weight: Approximately 28 lbs.
    • The lifespan of a spineboard is approximately 15 years if maintained properly. The velcro and straps will last for approximately 3-5 years depending upon conditions. 

    Caring for your VBlock spineboard:

    • Hang the spineboard when not in use. Often, damage occurs when spineboards fall on themselves or the pool deck.
    • After use, hose off the spineboard with fresh water and hang to dry.
    • Spineboards should be included in your maintenance checklist. Be sure to inspect all components in your inspection.
